The Royal Drops Detailed Returns, Refunds, and Delivery Policy
1.Delivery Terms and Dispatch Guarantee
This section outlines our commitment to fast UK delivery and dispatch timings.
A. Dispatch Guarantee
- Orders Before 12 PM: Orders submitted to us before 12 PM will be processed for Same Day Dispatch.
- Orders After 12 PM: Orders submitted after 12 PM will be processed for Next Working Day Dispatch.
- Location: We dispatch all orders from our UK-based warehouse.
B. Delivery Timeframe
We facilitate fast UK delivery directly to your customer.
Delivery across the UK is typically completed within 1-3 days.
C. White-Labelled Shipping
All orders are dispatched using a White Labelled method, ensuring we ship directly to your customer without revealing us as the source.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy (Final Sale – B2B Only)
As a B2B dropshipping fulfillment partner, The Royal Drops operates on a wholesale/business-to-business (B2B) basis. Unlike retail consumer sales, all B2B transactions are final.
A. No Returns Policy The Royal Drops does not accept returns for change of mind, customer buyer’s remorse, or unsold reseller inventory. Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, the transaction is considered complete. The reseller (you) is responsible for managing your own customer’s return requests and providing your own return address.
B. Reseller Obligations

The reseller is the merchant of record. You are responsible for providing customer service and handling all returns from your end-customers to your own location.

We will not provide a return address for your customers to send items back to our warehouse.

Any items sent back to our warehouse without prior written authorization will be rejected or disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
C. Damaged or Defective Items (Manufacturer Error) We only offer a resolution in the event of a genuine manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was shipped):

Reporting Period: You must report any damaged or defective items to
support@theroyaldrops.comwithin 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. -
Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect and the shipping label.

Resolution: If the claim is verified, we will issue a credit to your account or provide a replacement for the specific defective unit.
D. Shipping Label Errors If you choose to upload your own shipping labels, The Royal Drops is not responsible for any delivery failures, lost packages, or “return to sender” instances caused by the courier. If a package is returned to our warehouse by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by you, a redelivery fee will apply.
