Welcome to The Royal Drops. These terms govern your use of our B2B dropshipping platform, your reseller account, and all orders placed with us. By registering and using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

1.Reseller Account and Eligibility

  • Registration: You must complete our registration form, providing required information including Name, Email, Phone, Password, and Selling Platform. Optional information includes multiple store names and a billing address.
  • Approval: Registration does not require admin approval, granting you immediate access.
  • Reseller Status: Your approved status grants access to the Reseller Dashboard and visible wholesale pricing.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • Prohibited Use: You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws in the UK or your jurisdiction.

2.Product & Pricing Policies

  • Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing is visible only after your account is approved.
  • Profit Margin: You keep the profit margin on every order you sell.
  • Inventory: We offer thousands of UK products without upfront stock risk. The Product Catalogue is constantly updated with live inventory.
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs): Certain products may have MOQs listed.
  • Product Data: All products include the title, HD images, bullets, description, reseller price, MOQs, and a UK stock badge.

3.Order Handling and Fulfilment (Reseller Responsibilities)

  • Order Submission: Orders are submitted to us via connecting your store or using manual orders.
  • Payment: You only pay the wholesale price when your customer places an order.
  • Dispatch Timings:
    • Orders placed before 12 PM are processed for Same Day Dispatch.
    • Orders placed after 12 PM are processed for Next Working Day Dispatch.
  • Note: This policy appears on the homepage, product pages, checkout, and emails.
  • Delivery: We dispatch directly to your customer using white-labelled, fast UK delivery. Delivery across the UK is typically 1-3 days.

4.Shipping Label Policy and Fees

  • Shipping Label Options: You have two options for shipping labels:
  • Own Label: Upload your own shipping label for a fee of £0.00.
  • Request Label: Request a shipping label from us by filling out a shipping form for a fee of £0.25 per order.
  • Checkout: The product price and shipping label fee are shown separately at checkout.
  • Courier Selection: There is no courier selection option in our checkout system.

5.Payments and Fees

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
  • Fees Structure:
    • Subscription Fees: No subscription fees are required.
    • Shipping Label Fee: Varies from £X per order (depending on your label choice, see section 4).
  • Bulk Order Discounts: Discounts are available for bulk orders.

6.Returns & Refunds

  • General Policy: Our terms include specific policies for returns and refunds. These terms outline the process for handling products returned by your end customer.
  • Wholesale Pricing Policies: Our terms also cover policies related to wholesale pricing adjustments or discrepancies.

7.Reseller Dashboard Features

  • Upon login, you can manage your operations via the dashboard:
  • View Order History.
  • Upload and Download Shipping Labels.
  • Request Shipping Labels via a dedicated form.
  • Track Shipments and view dispatch tracking.
  • Access Wholesale Pricing.
  • Manage Profile Settings.
